Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

We are currently taking pre-orders now and will have garments made within 2-4 weeks after. This allows us to cut down the waste created by the fashion industry. If you have any specific concerns with how long your product will take to be made or shipped please contact me and we will be updating this page as well.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At the moment we are only shipping in the United States but hope to branch out in the near future. But, a request can be made through our customer service department and we will do our best to acomodate you if you really wish to ship internationally.

What is your return policy? 

We are happy to exchange your product for a different size within the 30 days of purchase but there are no refunds.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

At the moment once an order is placed there is no possibility to modify it, please contact us immediately after placing your order via email at hello@yourfashionisart.com and our Customer Service team will inform you if it is possible to cancel your order. Note that we can not assure that the cancellation can be effective. During sales or launching periods, our response can be slightly delayed.

How will I know if my order is being processed?

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. All products are subject to availability, if they are not available we will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it or to add any items, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces
